Sun is the creator of Java, and their plug-in will allow you to play JigZone.
Page Zoom
Some browsers have a Zoom feature to re-scale the page. The puzzle might not load if Zoom is less than 100%.
Firewalls and Ad-blockers
Some Firewall programs can be configured to block certain types of interactive content like Java Applets. If you have a firewall installed on your computer, ensure that the settings do not block Java Applets.
Your Computer's browser settings
If the jigsaw puzzle does not appear for you, this might be because Java has been switched off. Java is the component of your browser which allows interactive graphical elements to appear in a web page.
